We hired Joe after getting nowhere with our first agent for 6 months. He came over to meet us that afternoon and got working on our listing right away. Within a week of hiring Joe we had two showings and both of the buyers made offers. In just several days after hiring Joe, we were under contract sell our home.

Would absolutely recommend Joe to anyone looking for a home! We were "home shopping" long distance...a very difficult thing to do...Joe made it easy and made it happen for us...no problem! He was very patient with our many changes and quirkey needs. We needed acreage for ponies, so the zoning had to be right, but not TOO much land; a home with not too much updating to be done; a barn with water and electric! Joe searched nonstop and found us everything! AWESOME!

Anita has worked with us for almost a year. Her professionalism is a rare quality not seen much in today’s workforce. She has more than earned our trust and we will use no other agent….ever! It is a good thing she sold our home and got us into our dream/last home and hopefully we will not need an agent again. Anita helped me out so much. Everyone of my family and friends said that buying my first home would be very aggravating. With Anita's help, buying my first home was a joy. When I couldn't get ahold of my lender, Anita was there to motivate the lender, keeping him on the ball. She was awesome. I have since kept in touch with Anita. She is very helpful still. If it wasn't for Brent I don't think we would have the lovely home we have today. He was there for us and helped us when nobody else could or would. He stood up for us many times and we felt as if he was there to actually do a job and help his clients not just get a paycheck. He knows how to do his jov very well and it shows! When we do decide to sell our home to find another we KNOW for a fact we will be calling Brent again!

Not living in the area and purchasing a home is hard. You want the right location, a good deal and someone to be able to handle the leg work in your absence. Brent was more than capable and we couldn't have made our dream of owning a home in Bay St. Louis possible without him.
