I moved back to my hometown of Vancleave after 5 years and was in the market for a home. Summer was recommended as she grew up in the area. I gave her my budget and she found a home that best suited me and my family...which consist of 4 horses, 2 pigs, 13 chickens, 2 dogs, 3 cats and 45 cows! We are so happy being home. I recommend her to everyone!

I live out of state and was concerned about trying to sell my rental home without being there but Joe made things go very smooth. From the very first phone conversation I felt like I've been dealing with him for years. He definitely went the extra mile, we had an acceptable offer before the house was even listed. I will definitely use Joe again if we return to the area.

Our experience with Joe was Great! He knew the area and the market. He did what was needed to attract buyers and complete the sale. It took about two weeks to attract the buyer who purchased our home. The professional photographs were amazing! I would classify him, as a man of integrity and hard work. I will recommend him, for sure.

I highly recommend Joe if you are looking for a realtor on the Gulf Coast. He is very knowledgable and negotiated an awesome deal for us. This was my first home purchase and my husband’s second and it was wonderful how easy he made the process for us. His knowledge in the area brought us to homes and neighborhoods we didn’t even know existed. It was a great and exciting experience just the way a home purchase should be!

I was skeptical that I would be able to buy a house before I met Joe. He went the extra mile after an initial let down by a local mortgage company. He guided me to a different mortgage company (DHI mortgage) who was able to get me approved for the home we wanted and we closed the deal today. I will recommend his services in the future.
