Philip knows the business very well, kept us informed every step of the way, explained all our options, and got us through one obstacle after another. We had absolutely no complaints and couldn't be happier about how everything turned out.
Philip has a very strong knowledge of the area and patiently showed me all the houses I thought I wanted. Then easily switched over to condos when I finally decided what I really needed! Strongest skill, he let me be in control and supported me with my decisions. When problems surfaced near closing (damage to condo), he jumped into action to resolve the problems. All around nice guy, funny, and skilled in talking his clients off the ledge!
Phillip is a wonderful agent who takes pride in his work and his clients he works very hard to please and satisfy his clients. He listen to what you are looking for in a home and he searches diligently to find you exactly what you need! Philip helped me a great deal moving some rental inventory on the Mississippi coast this year. As an out of town seller, I relied heavily on his familiarity with the local market, and several value added services he provided. My overall experience working with Philip was very positive.
