Phillip has worked with me over the last 4 years while I traveled the world and went off to school. Every step of the way he has been there to insure that everything was in order for me to buy me home. If there was a gentlemen that I would recommend it would be Philip. She came to our home ready to do business with local comps and enough information to provide support when it got down to determining a fair asking price for our home.
