Joe is the go to man. Right off the bat I told him what I wanted and he produced the product. The first house I looked at is the one we bought. He listened to everything we asked for. I highly recommend, Joe. He is responsible, knowledgeable, and loyal.

I highly recommend Donna Melton for marketing your real estate. Having worked with her for the sale of property, my experience is that she is a very professional and knowledgeable realtor. She was very responsive / always available to discuss my questions / concerns as potential buyers viewed the property. Very good realtor.

Philip was absolutely wonderful to work with and made the process of selling our first home easy and comfortable. We were buying our first home and didn't know where to start. At first we thought we wanted lots of land, then Joe soon showed us that for our needs we didn't. We looked at many homes in a short amount of time . Joe was very patient and after describing what we wanted, he gave us a list of homes to start looking at. I wish that all real estate agents could be like Jaymie Melton! Being new to the area and not knowing a soul we put all of our trust in Jaymie. We couldn't have done any better.
