Gross Pros: When I left. Cons: Everything else Corn flakes warm milk and bread for breakfast. Toaster wasnt even working. Coffee empty and no one around to make more so I started to make it. Inside of pot was so dirty I decided to go to Starbucks instead. Room filthy. Urine dried on wall next to toilet. Out of shampoo and conditioner. Dirty towels hung back up. Vending machines empty. Shower had mold. Sheets had stains and they wouldn't change them saying they aren't dirty just stained. Wi fi patchy. TV had only 4 clear chan... read more

cheap..... When we got to the hotel the tv and lights were all unplugged. The tv was old and it smelled outside the hotel. The staff was nice. Cheap stay

Dirtiest Hotel I've ever stayed in The room had not been vacuumed in quite a while (popcorn kernels and dust balls next to baseboards). I was very scared to walk barefoot. Had not been dusted in months. The sink was super small and free standing and had no counter space at all. The bed and sheets were fine, but the dirt and grime made it a very uncomfortable stay.

Not Happy I've stayed at Super 8's before with no problem. Always a no frills but a clean and nice hotel. Not the case at the Gilroy location. Beds were as hard as a rock, the hard foam pillows had a plastic cover over them that crinkled all night, and towels were so rough they took the first layer of skin off when you dried yourself. The shower had mold around the tub and hair in the shower and bathroom floor, ugh! NOT Impressive!! This Super 8 gave us terrible service right from the time we checked in. The guy at the front desk said we booked a "handicapped" room. When I explained to him that I only booked a single with room for a roll-away, he blamed it on Expedia. He then "upgraded" us to a double but "only because we have one". He was very rude during the whole conversation. The room was adequate; however, the bathtub faucet dripped continuously and the little refrigerator was very noisy.
