Disappointing Of all Super 8 that I have been, this one in Gilroy was my worst stay.no toiletries, no towels and on a Spring cold weather no blanket.Got 2 towels so far but never given us blanket.Stayed all night with their thin top sheet.

The rudest staff I have ever encountered. I travel for a living and I have never encountered such a rude staff. The only staff member that was was polite was the younger guy that worked the night shift. During the day an older woman worked and would literally follow me and my coworkers around and harass us. All because we had three to a room. Two beds, three people. Would not leave us alone. They didn’t even clean our room our entire stay.

Super bad Nothing works and staff don’t help you. The shower was broken the tv didn’t work and towels horrible.

Close to the outlets. Cons: Clean everything Location: walk to the outlets and have lunch and dinner at the close restaurant. Not Great at all it was really uncomfortable and it was not clean and it needs a lot off work everything was dirty they did not change the bed sheets or the blankets were really dirty that's why I changed the hotel the next day. I did not fly 300 miles and pay a lot to have this really bad experience. We only stayed one night and did not sleep well. The good thing Expedia helped me and they reimburse ... read more

Horrible The bed is uncomfortable the room was dirty and smelled we only had 1towel and it was stained with make up gross

Stay away Construction going on and very difficult to get to the door even. Booked online and arrive and nothing is correct on the booking. It’s like the pics are of someone else. There was an employees child playing on the elevator at like 12:30AM. Room was very small and dirty. Both of our rooms were open when we arrived. Not unlocked, open. Lazy boy Walk in and front desk person is playing a game and talking through his headphones. He tells the person to hold when he sees me. Then he goes between asking me questions and tending to his call. I had requested a possibly ADA room with two beds. He said “Accessible?” I’m thinking he’s confirming. Well he was but thought I’d be okay with any ADA room including a 1 bed. Which I discovered when I opened the room. I went back to the front desk and he wouldn’t rectify his error. awful Pros: not much, location was convenient . Cons: see gripes Location: near 101 Bed was broken Mattress slanted, Hair dryer cord was cut. No juice at breakfast. Window would not open for ventilation.

Not Good Hotel attendant (front desk) RUDE..The room is ok..Overall not pleased. Only here for 1night anyway.
