Disappointing
Bad I don't know if the rooms on both sides and above where rented by the same party's they where running back and forth when I would use the restroom you can them all in the restroom above right when I would step out you can hear them run downstairs to the room on the side and standing by my door it was several times and these are the same people where ever I rent so it has to be manager giving access to the rooms Everything was ok

Very Poor There was hair in the shower and the TV did not work. The free breakfast was not really a breakfast at all. The bed was nice to sleep in.
Room service could improve Out of 6 nights, we only got room service once. Never changed the towels we used. And the cover sheets had stains when we first got there, and even after the one time we had room service, the sheets weren't changed. The staff were really nice people, and tried to improve the quality of our stay experience. They gave us complimentary toothbrush and tooth paste. Had complimentary breakfast (some snacks) from 6am-9am.
