Outlet Mall Mattresses were very hard. Sheets stained oil, tiny pillows
Don't be fooled by the nice lobby. This reservation was last minute and my options were limited because all the hotels in Hollister were sold out so I opted to stay at the Super 8 in Gilroy. I was nervous about this hotel from the beginning but when I saw the nice lobby, I thought, well, this might be okay. When I got on the elevator there was trash laying on the floor and the stainless wall panels looked like they were washed with a dirty rag. Room was small and beds were uncomfortable. Not friendly
Not very great but private The hotel and staff and room was not very good at all very uhh unpleasant and all.in the room the only plus to this room was the privacy
Outlet shopping Staff were not very friendly. Arrived at 1:00 but staff would not allow us to check in until 3:00. Returned at 3:00 but room still wasn't ready. Room was small. Breakfast was pretty decent though.
Staff was nice, but the bathroom had a mold issue. The staff was nice but the bathroomhad a mold issue. Other guests were loud and obnoxious. I complained to the front desk but it never quieted down and I got no sleep.
Ideally located for shopping A tired property badly in need of renovation and general maintenance. Air conditioners did not work, towels had holes in them, rooms were dirty. All in all couldn't recommend this property but the receptionist was friendly and helpful.
Good location, close to the freeway, stores. Pros: Location, breakfast. Cons: Read my comments above. Location: Great location Receptionist Emily needs to take a Customer Service training ASAP. Shower tub makes a lot noise when you are in. Not enough towels for two people.
Location: Outlets were right across the street and the hotel is right off the freeway. Staff was great, however the rooms were horrible. No closets, no Iron. The sink is right there when you open the door. There was two little plastic garbage cans with in 4 feet from the room entrance. Bedding was okay. The lobby area was way nicer than the rooms. I noticed one of the exit doors was yellow taped, blocked off. I had a non smoking room that had an odor of smoke. Overall not the best hotel for the value. Overpaid.
