Stay away Construction going on and very difficult to get to the door even. Booked online and arrive and nothing is correct on the booking. It’s like the pics are of someone else. There was an employees child playing on the elevator at like 12:30AM. Room was very small and dirty. Both of our rooms were open when we arrived. Not unlocked, open. Lazy boy Walk in and front desk person is playing a game and talking through his headphones. He tells the person to hold when he sees me. Then he goes between asking me questions and tending to his call. I had requested a possibly ADA room with two beds. He said “Accessible?” I’m thinking he’s confirming. Well he was but thought I’d be okay with any ADA room including a 1 bed. Which I discovered when I opened the room. I went back to the front desk and he wouldn’t rectify his error. awful Pros: not much, location was convenient . Cons: see gripes Location: near 101 Bed was broken Mattress slanted, Hair dryer cord was cut. No juice at breakfast. Window would not open for ventilation.

The lady that checked us in was so rude an she didn't even speak proper English. There was extra charges to the room that I didn't know about till I checked in an she rudely asked me if I wanted my room or I could just go somewhere else. I will never book a room there again an I won't be referring anyone there!!

Staff and Motel Pros: Can't think of anything. Cons: Remodel the motel and hire new staff. Location: It is close to the freeway and there are several outlet stores and restaurants near by. We stayed for six days due to a family situation. We also reserved two rooms for other family members. A niece also reserved a room for her family. It's not a welcoming experience. OK hotel, but unprofessional lady staff Pros: Location Cons: A lot. Location: Gilroy shopping outlet. It is Super8 and we got Super8. The hotel is run by a family now. The check-in was so slow, with lady staff working so long with computer, no single greeting nor smile, my credit card was swept too many times and she can't get it worked (despite I already paid for the room on-line and there was no problem with my card when I went shopping).
