Was feeling extremely bad to day and was denied svcs for not having co-pay, even though i have one of the best insurance fromwork , had to drive to Mission Trails ER, i had 199/130 BP pains to right side of body were was bad, very dangerous possible stroke waiting to happen, was Mission Trails taken in treated with me priority care, no wait no paperwork just straight did their job, So if you're Dying don't come here unless you have money your pocket, cause apparently money means more to them than your Health

Went in for a visit after being seen at an urgent care clinic that didn’t have the diagnostic equipment to assess my care and was referred to go to this clinic. Paid another co payment of $150. With a 40% discount. My chief compliant was constipation, nausea and vomiting, and severe pain. I was given a tablet for nausea rx for laxatives. I requested to have. Xrays (KUB) done. The staff was very rude once they found out I couldn’t pay til the following day, what if that was my last day I obviously went into their facility because I was scared for my life. The two bit “ doctor “ that was there had no clue what he was talking about, he was talking about everything else but what I was feeling. He was literally being a smart ass making remarks about payment plans and other hospitals, judging by his “ work attire “ I know why they need the money up front. I always go to that clinic because they are super fast and clean , and my copay is $100.00. But that day I went the receptionist was very rude and she was charging me $150.00, and I also sign that paper for the low income the Covid-19 page ! And she didn’t even look at it if I qualify for a discount. I ask her why I was going to pay $150 she didn’t have the patience to explain I told her I’ll take my service to another clinic she said ok !!! That’s how rude she was with me , I hope they talk to her or put someone else !

I’d rather not want to be seeing a doctor because then that means something’s wrong. However, I prefer this place over anywhere else, they treat you well and even contact you after your visit to see how you’re doing. I’ve never even heard of someone’s regular doctor doing that.
