Front counter was great customer services. The receiving in the back wasn’t, the radiologist who took the xray was amazing.

Been here a few times before for dog bite and other. Great experience. Recommended to others. This visit was horrible with Dr Morale. Pompous and seriously lacking in all areas. Overall horrible experience this visit solely because of this Dr. The nurse could use some training as well.

Receptionist and both nurses were amazing! Very professional, caring, and helpful. The doctor not so much. He did not listen to me and kept insisting I had symptoms I clearly did not have. It was so frustrating. I left feeling so defeated. I went somewhere else and got the exact care I needed. Will not return to this place.

Maybe tell your patient that your insurance will cover you as an out of network provider as a courtesy. Why prescribe something and the dr. Tells you it probably “won’t work anyway”!

Was feeling extremely bad to day and was denied svcs for not having co-pay, even though i have one of the best insurance fromwork , had to drive to Mission Trails ER, i had 199/130 BP pains to right side of body were was bad, very dangerous possible stroke waiting to happen, was Mission Trails taken in treated with me priority care, no wait no paperwork just straight did their job, So if you're Dying don't come here unless you have money your pocket, cause apparently money means more to them than your Health

Went in for a visit after being seen at an urgent care clinic that didn’t have the diagnostic equipment to assess my care and was referred to go to this clinic. Paid another co payment of $150. With a 40% discount. My chief compliant was constipation, nausea and vomiting, and severe pain. I was given a tablet for nausea rx for laxatives. I requested to have. Xrays (KUB) done.
