I have been visiting The Emergency Clinic Alamo Heights since 2018 whenever I’ve come down with the flu, a cold, or even COVID. In the past, I’ve always received excellent care and felt well taken care of. Unfortunately, my most recent visit (my 8th overall) was very disappointing. Only doing a 1 star cause didnt give me the option for 0. Took my husband to get seen on 9/29 for what we believe was/is sciatica. From the moment Dr George Alsop came in the room he didn't seem professional, seemed to have something in his mouth, probably chewing tobacco. He diagnosed my husband with sciatica & sent him home with medication. On 9/30 my husband was in worse pain than the day before & had to walk with crutches.
