They couldn’t verify my insurance due to the system being down so they wanted a $200 payment before even touching me or speaking with a doctor and that the payment would be reimbursed after they can verify my insurance. It felt I was not treated as if I had an emergency though I was at an actual emergency clinic. They more so wanted to make sure they were getting paid first. I waited in pain until the next morning to see my primary doctor for a doctor visit of $16. I’m so glad I didn’t go here. Seemed sketchy.

Only place aside from the ER to get an IV. Couldn't get the IV in and wasn't even willing to try. Poor nurse was so nice but he had a tremor and the only other nurse there said I'm not even gonna try I don't like doing those. Still had to pay even though they couldn't even provide care.

Taylor (nurse) was excellent. As was the check-in guy. Dr. Fox, on the other hand, was NOT! She was very unprofessional from the first time she walked INTO the room already wearing gloves. I was repulsed by this and had no idea where/who/whatever else she touched with those gloves. I’ve never experienced a healthcare professional not donning gloves after coming in a patient room. I went in to the Emergency Clinic Friday morning with lower abdominal right side pain. After waiting and going through blood, urine, and CT tests/scans we finally got back results. They showed us the reports and it showed the start of appendicitis. Instead of sending me to the emergency room they sent us home with a prescription for laxatives, as the pain was probably from constipation. Thankfully we ended up going to the emergency room undergoing surgery a couple hours later.

I assumed an ER would have all equipment necessary- I have to go to the dr again to get what is needed- steroid shot never kicked in for pain- need to know if it’s a rotator cuff issue of an actual pinched nerve-

Front desk was great. The night nurse Krystal was not okay last night. The doctor was great. The nurse wasn’t very sympathetic, didn’t ask if I needed anything (my fiancé walked out to them at least twice to adjust meds, blankets, etc.). The nurse also did not walk me out to the door or ask if I needed a wheel chair out after pain meds. They basically kicked me out after my last dose and said here’s your check out paper work to sign.
