Waited for 2 1/2 hours for results on my x ray the doctor didn’t even take care of my reasoning when I was talking to him he was just there careless then when I mentioned no insurance he’s attitude got worse I’m sorry but we should be treated with care regardless. It wasn’t until I asked how much longer I had to wait is when they realized I was there still. By far worse experience ever and I used to work at urgent care

The cost was a little high at first but was decreased. I’m on a budget, and that really helped. The doctor’s bedside manner was the best. The nurses and x-ray tech were awesome!

Had a nurse accuse me of looking for specific drugs, while having an allergic reaction. Tried to play it off and say that’s not what he meant. Asked what drugs are you looking for? And when I looked incredulously at him he changed his tune and said I meant if you’ve had this before and had something prescribed. All while I was crying because I was in pain and so incredibly uncomfortable.I just looked at him and agreed because I had taken Benadryl already drowsy. The doctor I saw did not make me feel very comfortable when explaining my concerns and what I was going through. I also did not receive a adequate explanation as to why I was made to take a urine sample pregnancy test and I did not need the results, but I was also not given them nor was I given much instruction on what I came in to seek attention for. I have always had great visits in the past, however, this visit was different and did not make me feel confident walking out.

Messed up my prescription. Gave me two times the normal dose which could’ve caused me to have a seizure or some other medical reaction. Very rude and unprofessional when I contacted them to let them know they called in the wrong prescription. We’re willing to call in the right one but not willing to compensate the cost even though it was 100% their mess up.
