I was quickly admitted and the nurse Heather was great. She took my vitals and medical history and I was seen by Dr Miranda in about 15 minutes after my arrival. I was very uncomfortable and he helped me within minutes. I will never go to a hospital based ER again. Thanks for all you do.

The staff was very rude once they found out I couldn’t pay til the following day, what if that was my last day I obviously went into their facility because I was scared for my life. The two bit “ doctor “ that was there had no clue what he was talking about, he was talking about everything else but what I was feeling. He was literally being a smart ass making remarks about payment plans and other hospitals, judging by his “ work attire “ I know why they need the money up front. I always go to that clinic because they are super fast and clean , and my copay is $100.00. But that day I went the receptionist was very rude and she was charging me $150.00, and I also sign that paper for the low income the Covid-19 page ! And she didn’t even look at it if I qualify for a discount. I ask her why I was going to pay $150 she didn’t have the patience to explain I told her I’ll take my service to another clinic she said ok !!! That’s how rude she was with me , I hope they talk to her or put someone else !

The cedar blowing in from South Texas is what causing all my problems. The steroid shot y’all gave me is the best thing you could have done for my allergies.

On Christmas day they were able to treat me for Infection and severe pain from a tooth abscess. Not a hospital with their high charges. Better service ,professional friendly staff
