Doctor didn’t want to test for much since I “looked fine”, when doing the initial check she barely just patted around me. She seemed to not want to listen nor be there for more than a minute max.

They were out of material to do a cat scan and we’re wanting to transport me to a nearby ER. I refused the service and was still charged $70 for the visit.

Went in for a visit after being seen at an urgent care clinic that didn’t have the diagnostic equipment to assess my care and was referred to go to this clinic. Paid another co payment of $150. With a 40% discount. My chief compliant was constipation, nausea and vomiting, and severe pain. I was given a tablet for nausea rx for laxatives. I requested to have. Xrays (KUB) done. I came here after another care facility canceled my appointment that I made online because they didn’t accept my insurance. Dr. Hart is awesome—he went down all avenues to figure out why I was sick. And I loved meeting Ranger and Scout :)

We felt judged the entire visit. Dr. Gardener I think was the physician was terrible basically rolled his eyes at us when we stated vaccine status. We will never be back again to this facility. The nurses were great front desk was awesome but due to the physician not going to recommend to anyone. We can’t believe a Dr. Like that can even be in practice. DO NOT GO HERE!! unless you ask what physician is in that day.

I called ahead to see if I could have a new prescription of antibiotics and a steroid prescription called in since I had already been seen and my condition had not improved. I was told I needed to come back in. I asked if the office was busy and told no it wasn't busy. I arrived about 40 minutes latet (8 am) and was told a one hour wait. I went to my car as instructed. This was the longest I’ve ever waited to be seen and it was under 15 minutes. We have only positive things to say about CC ER. They treat you with care and compassion.

You all did awesome I just wish you could of Prescribe something for me to take because I feel horrible the Motrin and the Tylenol or not helping
Extremely Rude front desk help and RN Greg horrible service. Telling me if I didn’t like to wait I can leave. What kind of service is that??? Horrible in all reality it is a zero star.
