My daughter and I were waiting for our discharge papers and the doctor and nurse were just talking among themselves about their personal lives . It was kind of frustrating to have a screaming baby crying while waiting on papers

I took both of my daughters in because they were both sick. Basically my older daughter was ignored because the Dr didn’t see her symptoms as urgent or serious. Overall he did not want to test my older daughter but agreed to test my toddler, so we had to assume her results were the same. Even though my older daughter does a lot more in public than my toddler. Overall she had nothing given or done for her. Definitely don’t want to see this Dr again.

Maybe tell your patient that your insurance will cover you as an out of network provider as a courtesy. Why prescribe something and the dr. Tells you it probably “won’t work anyway”!

From the moment I arrived the manager said “we will be right with you”. Mr Aaron Gomez was cordial and took my information and explain what they were doing today and if I was waiting until the complimentary service was over. I waited and Leif send a video about the condition of the car and I was out in an hour. I really appreciated their superb service and would recommend Toyota in the future.

I will never go back unless I absolutely have to. I have never had trouble with the physician’s, but the front staff has always been extremely rude.
