RecommendedThey’re the best! They got my old Mac running after a drink was dumped into it. We thought it was a goner! They spent a lot of time on it and charged us a fixed price and even gave us a discount. Can’t recommend them enough. So glad there is a certified Apple dealer on the Peninsula so I don’t have to go to the Southside to the Apple store where you have to go through the hassle of getting an appointment. RecommendedI highly recommend Computer Concepts of Yorktown. The staff is always friendly and appear to like their job and want to help you with whatever your problem is. I was at the Yorktown location on February 11 and was served by Jack H. What a charming young man. He was so pleasant. He advised me on 3 devices. RecommendedAllen and his staff are always professional. They are highly knowledgeable and always wanting to save you money by fixing your computer or phone concern, before the last resort of purchasing a new one. They also helped me hook up my son with a perfect gaming system for him that was not outrageously priced. Computer Concepts is am awesome store that builds relationships with their clients. They are one of the only apple certified repair businesses on the peninsula.

After getting home and looking at my router closer it had my iPhone blocked. And Alan was very nice and tried to help me out. I have always received the best and am exceptional satisfied with Computer Concept's service. The technician that helped me, Brent, really cared about my concern. My macbook pro's keyboard was not functioning properly and so he even stayed after hours to solve my problem with a technician from Apple.
