Very reliable service with Quality Great timely service on my air conditioning my 6 month tuneup and drain flush . I use the same tech who knows my system well and the invoice and pictures of the work speak volumes which I appreciate. Scheduling is generally easy and I have used Cool Air now for more than three years with consistent good work.
A+ Customer Service and Excellent Quality of Work Xavier was excellent. He explained the actual problem, showed me what to look for and fixed it. He was here for an hour. He was very professional and actually arrived within the hour window they said they would. This company is really the one to hire. They answer right away, follow up and communicate with you.
