Great Service So the guy who worked on the system was very technically savvy and knew exactly what was wrong and what need to be replaced.

As a result I got a new Air Conditioning unit at a reasonable price. Installation was very professional and fast. The humidity went down in my apartment and I got a good nights sleep. Honest and Professional I originally contacted another company when my AC went out. My Central AC caught fire, and the company told me i needed a larger unit than i did. I contacted cool wire and Julian was amazing to work with. Julian was understanding and patient during the process. The two technicians Yasiel and Yandi were punctual, they were professional and extremely clean. I’m thankful I decided to get a second quote. I will use Cool Air for all of my AC Services.
