My experience… I experienced the dreaded AC breakdown. I reviewed options and decided to go with Cool Air USA. I spoke with Julian, the installation manager. I asked questions. He answered and explained options and I felt comfortable enough to proceed. I did run into a minor installation issue, but we were able to resolve it. Overall, the communication from the receptionist to the post installation check up call was pleasant. I’ll look forward for the maintenance check and post my feedback on that as well. Excellent Service by Michael! on Saturday From the moment i called late at night, Customer Service attention to request was great. Visit was scheduled for early next day. AC Specialist Michael was very professional, resolved the issue and explained all steps in detail to the end of the transaction. He was on time and very respectful. I highly recommend him and this company.

Excellent Service, on time and very professional I want to start with the lady who took my call was very professional & did not waste any time, wonderful customer service. Now on the repair man: Was on time, called to tell me he was on his way, very kind and professional & knew what had to be done & went straight to work wasting no time in doing it. I hope to see him again next year for my check up on my air. Wonderful Man! Air works perfectly!
