Fast Response and Great Service! We experience and unexpected water overflow in our air conditioning unit yesterday. The leak was inside and was quickly filling up the pan in the closet where the unit is in the upstairs part of the house. We were really worried that it would spill over and start a leak in our ceiling!! My husband called Cool Air USA and within an hour, the service tech was at the house. Whew! I am satisfied with the total service and interaction with the staff. The technician was knowledgeable and informative. After the technician arrived, he carried out an inspection of my a/c and informed me of the problem. When given my consent, he performed his task efficiently. Fantastic service. Our technicien Leo was so pleasant and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing and why. He answered all our questions. I highly recommend this company and Leo is top notch. They also came out to repair our a/c 4 hrs after they were called.
