Who are you going to call? When your air conditioner goes out in 90 degree weather, who are you going to call? Cool Air USA, was actually my 3rd call. It should have been my first. From the start, I was responded with kindness, and a tech (Bryan) was sent out the same day. He was knowledgeable about the system and answer all my questions and listened. Very good experience with Cool Air USA Unbeknownst to us, we had a freon leak somewhere in our AC system which required refills about every 3-4 months. No other AC company we hired could figure it until Cool Air ran some tests using a special fluorescent dye which detected the leak in in the air handler coils.
