Very Pleased Cool Air USA were competitive in pricing for a new air conditioning system. The work crew was on time and very courteous, not to mention they cleaned up after themselves! They also went the extra mile and closed out the permit with the city promptly after finishing the install! Highly recommend!
Best Services I have received A/C broke down around 10:15pm by 11:29pm A/C was working perfectly. Customer service was very helpful and quick on getting someone there to inspect the issue. Technician explain the problem provided me with different options and the issue resolved. Great Services
Great job and quick response. Dispatcher was great too Called about 7:00 a.m. this morning for my mother, who is 93 and I help with her home. Your staff was gracious and timely and understood due to her age and use of oxygen, she needed the AC fixed quickly. Minor matter but your team was the best. Kind, understanding and quick. Top notch response and quality service We called Cool Air USA near midnight when returning from a trip to find our house near 90 degrees. They quickly were able to find a technician, Lior, who came out with 30 minutes. Lior diagnosed the AC problem and fixed the unit. In addition, he was very helpful in explaining the issues, and how to remedy them going forward. Lior was friendly and knowledgeable. He greatly exceeded our expectations so much that now we have found a new company to service our HVAC needs: Cool Air USA
