Who are you going to call? When your air conditioner goes out in 90 degree weather, who are you going to call? Cool Air USA, was actually my 3rd call. It should have been my first. From the start, I was responded with kindness, and a tech (Bryan) was sent out the same day. He was knowledgeable about the system and answer all my questions and listened.
