Top notch work. David's work and performance was top notch.
A/C Inspection On 2/3/25 the technician completed the annual inspection on my unit. He did a complete check where he pointed out a small leak which he repaired. The service was completed in less than a half hour. He provided ne with before and after photos of his inspection. As with previous appointments, the technician was very courteous and explained everything he was doing.

Thank you! Project was delayed several times due to my modifications, delay in Association approval, my travels, and inclement weather. I appreciated that Cool Air stuck with me and willingness to work with me thru these factors. On the day of service, it was very cold (for Florida standards), but Gregorio & Leo diligently did the job efficiently and effectively. My thanks to both of them for their tenacity despite the conditions (including a very large boulder). Job well done!!
Efficient and Customer Friendly As a first time customer, I was thoroughly impressed by the customer service experience. From the manager to the dispatch team to the technicians everyone was pleasant, accommodating and knowledgeable. They even worked with me on getting a price closer to what I was comfortable with. A/C not cooling Jose was our service rep on our A/C system not cooling properly. He immediately found the problem which was a build up of gunk in the A/C line to to the pan so it wound not drain properly. He recommended IFLO a system to do away with this buildup…we immediately agreed and he installed the IFLO … Jose was very neat in cleaning the system and installing the IFLO.
