Fast and quality service The technician that came to our same day call was Leo from team 51, he was very educated, efficient and overall very kind! He walked me and my father through all the before and afters. He made recommendations but was not pushy or tried to oversell us on what was needed. He had the work done within an hour and made sure we felt comfortable with everything being done. I will definitely use this service again!
A/C clog late in day Tried everything we knew to unclog the line in our air conditioning unit. Of course it has to happen late in the day. Called customer service for an appt. and Cool Air came at 7 pm...took the time to show and explain things to me, and clog was cleared within half an hour. Tech was pleasant and unhurried.
