Went there in 2022 and got a Nissan Sentra and the salesperson took advantage of me because I was a first time buyer and they put me in a very bad contract where I am currently paying twice what the car is worth. They don't care about their customers only care about lining their pockets. If I could rate it at a negative I would because it is very disingenuous of them to take advantage of someone the way they did to me and now there isn't even a way to get out of the contract at all. Deceptive Salesmanger changed agreement I made with salesman Definitely deceptive I'm finished with Coral Springs and this is my fourth leased car

A friend of mine went there in 2022 and got a Nissan Sentra and the salesperson took advantage of them because they were first time buyer and put them in a very bad contract where they are paying twice what the car is worth. They don't care about their customers only care about lining their pockets. If I could rate it at a negative I would because it is very disingenuous of them to take advantage of someone the way they did my friend and now there isn't even a way to get out of the contract at all.

The Coral Spring dealer is large and has good services, but the bad practices of some employees discredit the reliability of their services. When I closed the purchase of my SUV, the financier offered me insurance at a price which I accepted and in the contract he increased that price without authorization. In this way they deceive the client, charging more money. All of this is with complicity with the managers because nobody says anything and they do nothing.

Make your purchase from another dealership. Three months of calling this dealership weekly to resolve an issue. Both my sister and I leased our vehicle at the same time and they are losing us as customers over a $248 disagreement. Changed paperwork on me and document is missing my signature because it is not what I agreed to.

For a third consecutive time on 3 different deals over since 2015, Coral Springs Nissan has proven to be a worthless dealer to allocate your time to. Their current approach is show me someone else's deal and we will beat it by 1k. They do get aggressive about getting you on the phone, but if an issue crops up in front of them, you remain a low priority to them. Since in baseball you get 3 strikes, I think for the remainder of this deal and any deal thereafter, I have to conclude they will continue to be worthless. prior to p... read more

Misdiagnosed an issue that would've cost me lot had I not gotten a second opinion from another mechanic. Had I said "Ok fix it", I would've been out almost $900 for a $150 repair with parts included. I lost complete faith and respect from this service center.
