I was convinced that I am buying Nissan Sentra SR with premium package and decided to pay more for used car, but unfortunately its just regular SR version. Quite disappointed choosing Nissan this time.

Unpleasant experience! The pricing was over $500 more than local mechanic. Thought it be best to have it fixed by dealership. Ha!! Left with a car jerking, misfiring and engine dummy light on. Had to go to a mechanic after driving 40 miles to get the codes cleared and the dummy light to turn off. I would never imagine a mechanic releasing a car that was misfiring and jerking around, not ever. I hope you don’t treat your elder customers this way. I will do my best to never return.

A terrible experience, and I cannot recommend this dealership. Go somewhere else. I spent five hours at the dealership dropping off my trade-in and picking up my leased vehicle. I have been leasing cars for the last 20 years and never had to wait that long to pick up a leased vehicle. The sales manager used what I thought were confusing sales tactics during the initial lease negotiation. I am currently in the market for a used car, and I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Mr. David Name in the Internet Sales department. This is the type of person who gives the car industry a bad name, and makes people detest the car shopping experience. I brought my Rouges in because of a grinding sound coming from the engine, I was told that in order for them to analyze the problem it would cost $150 if I decided not to let them do the repair. Two hours later I was told that a technician would like me to go with him for a drive because he couldn’t find what the problem was. After driving for a while the technician said that there was a problem with the front end and returned to the dealership. The service person told me it would cost $1200 to fix the problem. Disappointed about my drivers license being misplaced. All the managers could say to me was sorry. They had no intention on trying to salvage the mistake they made. This will be last time purchasing a car from Coral Springs.

Long wait told one thing did differently Spent three hours waiting for results (with an appointment) Part not in stock so had come back and wait 2.5 hours to replace But told I would be out of there in hour or less (with appointment)
