I don’t recommend this company. They are terrible at calculating your mortgage payments. Within a years couple years my Mortgage went from 1212 to almost 1400....thanks for your quality work and taking care of the buyers.

Absolutely the worst customer service. Due to their horrible inefficiencies and internal departments not communicating with one another they have held my insurance check hostage for over a month.
I realize it's likely common practice in this industry, but my loan was just transferred to a bank that I've never heard of before and based on reviews seems somewhat iffy. No notice or consent required. So that means after a little over a year of being a Cornerstone customer, I was forced to no longer be one.
We have had 4ft of water in our home due to Hurricane Florence it is now 2019 the storm hit September 14th, 2018 and Cornerstone is holding our flood insurance money in escrow and will not release any founds to fix our home. We are a family of 5 and two dogs, were living in my bed room upstairs, mind you we are missing 4 steps and landing to get up stairs. So far a much better experience when compared to my first mortgage company. HOWEVER, ran into my first hiccup a few weeks back. I guess we'll see how this is handled. Long story short, I ran into issues after I set up for automatic bill pay, tried twice over two separate months, and have not seen these payments draft. Our mortgage experience was a disaster at every turn. If you have any financial challenges they have no clue how to help. Run from this company.
This company is a fraud and horrible to deal with, their associates are subbed out to Cenlar and Cornerstone even has issues with them. I went through Hurriance Irma relief and they now want to double my payments and when you call to get things resolved no one calls back. NEVER WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY DO NOT HELP YOU!
They sold off my loan with limited notice and to a lender that I know nothing about. When you choose someone to be your mortgage lender, you should expect them to service your account for the life of the loan. I would not choose them in the future.
Local Oklahoma offices are great. New Jersey corporate side is awful. Terrible customer service. Treats customers like trash rather than humans.
