I wish I could give this company less than a star. This is the worst service I have ever encountered along with the most incompetent employees. I was continuously disrespected and I brought it to the attention of someone who’s supposed to deal with “customer issues” Cary Whitaker and he was just as incompitant and desrespectful. They are liars! We were supposedly granted, in writing, 3 month forbearance on our mortgage when Harvey hit and now we have a bill for a past due account. We will be refinancing ASAP. � Find a better, more trustworthy lending company!
Service SUCKS. Will gladly refinance to get away from you guys. After initially sending you guys a change in homeowners insurance and request to pay the bill, it's now September 8th and I have still have no check number or tracking number to provide to my insurance carrier. My insurance carrier is cancelling my coverage because you guys are incompetent and can't do your job. This company has gone down the drain. They treat their top producers like crap and regional managers (DB) are abusive to employees. After hearing what they've done to the Sugar Land branch, I'll never refer business here again. Good riddance.
Find some other company to finance with. I will be moving with chase.
After transferring my loan "in error", transferring back, giving me false information my loan is still not right. I have spent entirely too much time trying to fix the mistake created by cornerstone. At this point it's not even a comedy of errors anymore. I feel like it's being done on purpose. At this point I'm filing a complaint with the BBB, the federal reserve and anybody else I can file with.
DO NOT USE CORNERSTONE FOR A HOME LOAN!!! We are on automatic budget drafting payments and they forgot to draft a payment in June and have given us the run around trying to get it back on track! I've wasted so much time on the phone trying to get this resolved all because they don't know what they're doing. I regret using them so much!!
Told they were going to call me on monday about my loan aplication. I called and left a voicemail on tuesday about my loan aplication.Already working with a new lender who is easier to contact
