I've been working with Phillip, Dana, and Nick lately. I can't tell you how amazing it has been as a real estate agent to have a partner that keeps you in the loop every step of the way. Hello, My name is Deanna Hampton on May 9th 2016 I took a temp/perm position with Cornerstone home lending as an Accounts Payable Specialist. I worked this position for nearly four months with little to no complaints on my performance or accuracy in my position. These people, namely Nikki in the Bothell office, came within a week of causing us to lose the house we search 2 years for. We were told no problem on getting our prospective home to escrow but the day we were to get the Offical word I get an EMAIL for Nikki saying we were denied. Not even the curtiousy of a phone call... Is my first time trying to buy a house and my realtor referred us to them!! After sitting on hold for more than 3 hours waiting for a CSR in the insurance department, I have sworn that I will never do business with this company at the time I buy my first home. I cannot believe after all this time, I still have yet to actually speak to a human being. Very frustrated for my customer as this is no way to treat the people paying you money.
terrible experience Dallas office, very incompetent, over promise and under deliver, look elsewhere and don't waist your time. It seems just based on their review there are alot of unhappy people.
