Do not recommend! Do not fall for the “Did the sellers let you know we would be stopping by? They upgraded your system for you” BS lol Nothing provided makes the cost makes sense in my eyes. One of the technicians who installed the system, dented our dryer. They left without mentioning it. We learned later he had been fired for other reasons. We still have questions about system operations. Also, I can't log into my account, even using my email and correct password.

worked with DeWayne (905-9316 security side) that said he & was able to give me a deal because of my realtor. I asked if they could remove the old system & he said that would be no problem. I recommend DO NOT TALK TO DEWAYNE OR ANY OF THESE FOLKS ON THE PHONE BUT ONLY IN WRITING because when the new system was installed the rep Bryson said they didn’t want to tear Walls. Installed ADT security system with these guys. Expect to sign a $2000 contract for 36 months while only getting 1 keypad a a few sensors and then when you reach out on email asking for help, no response.

told sales guy I was a renter, he said no problem. installed on Saturday, got call they are removing system on Thursday bc "ADT wont monitor, I'm just the messanger don't know why" Called ADT to figure the problem - I need landlords approval. Revamped employee Connor wont return my call "because he has already spoken to me". Called to speak to Connors supervisor and got Customer Service Manager who's canned response was same as Connors. I am extremely disappointed on how misleading this company can be. An installation that was supposed to be within $400.00 turned into over $800.00. I had 3 technical failures with the system, with 2 attempted break ins' within less than 6 months, no video to work with ,and to cancel I have to come up with 1800.00. Extremely misleading
