The equipment has malfunctioned three times in the less than three months I've had it. and I was told by the installing agent that only he could reset it, as opposed to being able to reset it myself. However, the installing agent hasn't shown to reset the equipment after multiple attempts at contacting him. Contacted the "manager" who said he would send another agent to replace the equipment and this person not only didn't know, but also didn't even contact me to say he wouldn't call. Sales tech was great, installation tech was great, products installed are absolutely garbage. Practically need a tech living at my house for all the continuous issues, and ofcourse they find a way for you to have to pay 75% of the contract to cancel. Would definitely not recommend.
They came over a week ago and only put half our equipment up, but starting charging us the monthly fee. We contacted them about getting the system finished and they couldn’t even give us a ETA. So now we our paying for a service we don’t even get.
We had a great experience with the rep and the tech. Both were informative and super patient and professional.
Jake was amazing. He was thorough and professional and was very good at explaining the products and services. He followed up after installation. Awesome job. Our installation tech was amazing, thorough, helpful and professional. He answered our questions and gave us the patience and time. Our experience was amazing

This company is THE WORST SECURITY company I have ever deal with!! Their sales agent name JUSTUS contacted me when I moved to a new house. He told me since I already have an acoount with ADT on my old house, he can just transferred the old account to the new one, and it will take 2 weeks to complete the transfer. He even told me that he will send me $100 gift card to cover the installation fee. And 2 months after they installed new system at my new house, I'm still getting charged for the old account and of course no gift ca... read more
