Your salesperson Eric was terrible. He lied from the moment he walked up to our door. Lie #1. They were going door to door in my neighborhood and told me they were ADT. Once my alarm was installed they told me they were just a 3rd installer for them. Long story short, system never worked properly and they have continued to try to charge after they said we were let out our contract for equipment not functioning properly. Tech came out 4 times within 3 month span. We were in the cold for a week due to faulty thermostat. I was told Ithis was setup through my realtor and we had certain things that they would install. So really all I have are two cameras one on my back door and one on the side of my home. 3/4 of my home and all windows are unprotected. I am not happy at all.
