THe Heat Mirror windows are excellent I would recommend them to everyone for energy efficiency. Window quality is also excellent. Make sure they use drop cloths as they are not the best cleaners. Not much communication waiting for the installation.

The timeliness was a problem. I suggested that the job Should have been stopped the first as the installers were not doing a professional job. The next day when Tom McMillan around noon he stopped the job. They then had to redo what was already completed. This added to another delay. All in all I'm am satisfied with the overall job and what it cost me. However I'm not sure if I would recommend them to my friends in the future.
I got a roof installed. On the back side of the property there is a problem with the roof. I called and set up an appointment. The appointment was missed, and no one contacted me. I called back and talked to the representative. He promised he would call me back in one or two days; and set up another appointment;however, another appointment was not set up. I have been trying to get the wrong size window replaced for four months and another window cracked two months after installation. They do not return my calls. Very very poor follow up. What good is a guarantee if they do not honor it? The window that cracked is at the front of my house and very visible, not a good example of their product.

They ordered the wrong size windows the guys took out all the windows before they checked to see if all the windows were there. And the was not dressed properly. The trim around the windows on the outside is shoddy looking and we had a sliding glass door put in and around it on the outside trim around the sliding glass door is shitty looking.
