They ordered the wrong size windows the guys took out all the windows before they checked to see if all the windows were there. And the was not dressed properly. The trim around the windows on the outside is shoddy looking and we had a sliding glass door put in and around it on the outside trim around the sliding glass door is shitty looking. After the initial quote everything went downhill. We paid for service is not performed but we are still charged for them and when the gutters were installed after the roof we scheduled the day and there were three times there were no-shows without phone calls then a two month delay to finally get somebody here after they did install them they were installed incorrectly and it took another four weeks to get someone back to do them right we also had to contact multiple people multiple times to get reimbursed the $300

This company is only worried about getting their money, not doing the job as contracted. They send installers that do not know what there doing. They also use wrong material when it comes to plumbing, they try and pass substandard work as code. They also after getting all there money refuse to contact me or my wife on a new problem. Stating that they will be there quickly. I have sent them photos of a new complaint. Do not hire this company at all.

Absolutely impossible to contact anyone at Install America. They do not answer calls and they do not return calls. The project was canceled on several days, often without any advance notice. Even when I called to express this, no-one ever called back. I tried to cancel my contract but was told I could not do so. The job took 15 and 1/2 hours and my cost was over $4,000. Although the workers did a good job, I could never recommend this company and obviously would never use them again.

Workers forgot to apply caulking to the outside of windows, I asked them to do it and they did. One of 4 windows was defective from the factory and one of the screens were defective. If I was not looking over their shoulder I do not think the issues would have got corrected. Took them 5 hrs for 4 windows.
