Learning is great, freedom to talk things through and ask questions. Discussion is current and personally relevant and not just abstract ideas. *Great question posed to me, (how do I take coins off the scale?) I’m still trying to think through it to find an answer. I had never thought of that before.

This place is just amazing. I felt comfortable upon arriving for my first visit, as the receptionist was warm and friendly. When I met my therapist, Sarah, I felt an instant connection. Sarah is absolutely wonderful, she makes me feel safe and understood. We are making great progress with EMDR. Ten stars!
