I saw Tyler Densmore today. She manages my medication. Tyler is a true professional. We discussed how I was doing, the adjustments she felt would be in my best interest and what I can expect to see with the alterations in my medication. Tyler is the type of PNP that draws you in. An immediate connection occurs and you can feel her genuine concern for your plight. In addition to her professionalism she is also very cool.š It saddened me to learn of her upcoming departure. The team at Family Care Center is always kind and welcoming when I come in for my appointments. I feel heard and supported, and my counselor relates with understanding and empathy. I've been able to internalize the skills and tools provided in treatment to better manage my anxiety and trauma. I am in a much better place emotionally at this point.Ā

Dr Sam Polek is ab excellent doctor who is very understanding, knowledgeable and has a lot of experience working with Veterans. He is a great doctor!!! The staff is very respectful and ensures questions patients have are answered before the patient leaves the clinic.Ā
