The waiting room is quiet, low lights and calm feeling. Unusual for me to have to pay my part B Medicare copay up front but ok. Love my therapist too.

The therapist was very nice. I feel like she was very thorough in her questioning.. however she did have a problem with your guys's system to be able to set up another appointment and I was actually supposed to have an appointment today which is Wednesday the 16th and that was actually in my calendar, but not on your guises schedule. I understand that these things happen so not that big of a deal but now I won't be able to see her again till mid October which kind is a bummer.
