I’ve seen 2 different counselors (different purposes). Both counselors are incredible. They set clear expectations and structure while navigating emotional discussions. The guidance and flow they provide during sessions is expertly designed to allow me/us to navigate tough issues in a safe space. Their questions are pointed and spot-on to allow self reflection and understanding.
