Everyone was very professional and friendly. I really appreciate that, as well as feeling comfortable with the Nurse Practitioner I saw - Mercedes was thoughtful and allowed me to discuss concerns and previous experiences as I had just moved to Texas and had to start over with new patient care which can be a challenge, however, all in all it was a pleasant experience.

So far with only 1 visis I am pleased, the meds that she prescribed are not working yet do not see a difference, I feel I have a ways to go before I see any difference in any progress. Am looking forward to see how this all works, i hope i benifit from it.

All of the staff I have interacted with have been wonderful and professional. I really appreciate the front desk staff, they are not only kind but do an excellent job of remembering each person's name, so when you come in for an appointment they great you by name and get you checked in promptly. My current therapist has been life changing and really helps me stay focused on the things I want to address about my myself and my life.

I highly recommend Dr. Lundmark, psychiatrist. He is an excellent provider who genuinely listens, takes the time to understand my concerns, and makes me feel heard and respected.
