I see Krystal Woolman for my psychiatric medication, and she is amazing. Very empathetic and understanding of what I'm going through, but also very determined to find the right fit for me and keep me informed on all options of care. Whenever I've had a medication issues, such as a bad reaction, she's quick to respond and take action. She never feels like she's trying to overmedicate me either, or prescribe a pill just to counteract the side effects of another. If I could rate her higher than 5 stars, I absolutely would.

I saw Stephen Presley and was very happy with my visit. He wasn't comfortable resuming a long term benzodiazapine regimen but was totally fine with helping me safely, and slowly, taper off. That was fine with me. The initial consult was only 1 hour so I didn't get to actually share too much about what was happening in my life with him. I was simply answering questions.
