I kind of took over the session. I did most of the talking, but I feel a whole lot better/lighter after it. I hope Wendy was able to capture some/most of my regurgitation. She was attentive and grasped and delved into some of it. Thank you. Looking forward to my next session.

This is my first appointment with Lisa today. She is very kind and seems to see you. She has a lot of experience in the PTSD area. That’s probably where I need help. Only first appointment and is new. Takes time. Will have more to say after a few sessions. Thanks I feel this company is outstanding when it comes to mental health issues.
