They were very responsive to family members inquiries We were there often and affirmed the staff often. Some went the extra mile in caring for my mom.
A year ago, my mom’s case was mishandled by a local rehab center. They would not acknowledge her dementia and moved her from room to room. Due to being misplaced, she went to bed in the wrong room upsetting other patients. Overnight, they kicked her out and placed her into an assisted living that was not secure, not properly fenced, and had a door to the exterior from her room. After reading Pacifica’s reviews, we decided to schedule a visit to the facility. [name removed], Concierge, greeted us with her charisma and friendly welcoming smile. We toured the well-groomed park-like community and [name removed] showed us a very nice and spacious 1 bedroom unit in the Cedar building. Pacifica Senior Living is a place where the staff are more than employees to their residents, they are family! The moment you walk in, you feel right at home. The smiles are the best!!! The team at Pacifica are always so helpful to everyone.
I have yet to encounter a member of the staff that was not kind and caring. The folks in the office and kitchen are considerate and responsive. The care staff do an incredibly hard job incredibly well.
My loved one is a resident at Pacifica Senior Living Hemet and this facility is wonderful! Everything has been great for her here. What I would say is, be patient. Trust the staff to know what they are doing. The facility is very clean. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The food, activities, and value for cost are great! I would highly recommend this facility to family and friends.
We had a great tour experience with Pacifica Senior Living Hemet. The people were all very nice. Pacifica Hemet was surprisingly more expensive than [facility name removed] or [facility name removed] But clearly it was also well run. It is cottage style, which some might like.
My mother has been at PSL Hemet for six years. I feel she is well cared for and safe. The staff is kind and helpful. I would recommend.
Pacifica Senior Living Hemet was a very nice community and had a homey feeling to it. However, it was too far for my loved ones.
