I toured a large 1-bedroom. It was a beautiful apt. We had a great lunch tour. My wife loved the community.

Communication is sometimes lacking. Most of the staff are very busy & it is difficult to know just what maybe going on. Overall they do a good job & are friendly. I would give [name removed] & [name removed] good marks at going out of their way to be helpful.

1. Overall experience is a 4. The move in was a little bumpy as they didn't seem to be quite ready. 2. Facility is very clean- 5 no odd odors. 3. Friendliness- 5 everyone is friendly from maintenance staff to housekeepers, caregivers and admin staff 4. Quality of care-staff seem to care but my expectations aren't being met due to what I believe is shortage of staff. Our loved one really does not like the food. She likes the Friday happy hours, but doesn't participate in most of them. Value for cost is fairly reasonable. Pacifica Senior Living is really a nice overall place.

They were very responsive to family members inquiries We were there often and affirmed the staff often. Some went the extra mile in caring for my mom.

A year ago, my mom’s case was mishandled by a local rehab center. They would not acknowledge her dementia and moved her from room to room. Due to being misplaced, she went to bed in the wrong room upsetting other patients. Overnight, they kicked her out and placed her into an assisted living that was not secure, not properly fenced, and had a door to the exterior from her room. After reading Pacifica’s reviews, we decided to schedule a visit to the facility. [name removed], Concierge, greeted us with her charisma and friendly welcoming smile.
