Toured for my grandma, we liked the cottage style floor plan. Staff was friendly, residents were doing an exercise class and were having a great time. Community was clean. Great atmosphere at the Cottages at Hemet.

Communication is sometimes lacking. Most of the staff are very busy & it is difficult to know just what maybe going on. Overall they do a good job & are friendly. I would give [name removed] & [name removed] good marks at going out of their way to be helpful.

1. Overall experience is a 4. The move in was a little bumpy as they didn't seem to be quite ready. 2. Facility is very clean- 5 no odd odors. 3. Friendliness- 5 everyone is friendly from maintenance staff to housekeepers, caregivers and admin staff 4. Quality of care-staff seem to care but my expectations aren't being met due to what I believe is shortage of staff.
