All ways had a good experience. This time was much better because of the service specialist
Great waiting area, great price for oil change, great service. The wait was a little long (1 1/2 hrs) even with an appointment but all was good.

I have been a customer of Courtesy Nissan for 6 years. Both in purchasing and service. My service advisor, Mr. Bob was excellent. Great customer service, informing me always of my car’s progress and what I needed. Fast service and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend this Nissan dealership.
My service advisor was awesome. Mr. Akanimoh explained things clearly and informed me of what I could do in regards to payment if the necessary repairs exceeded what I was ready to pay.
Teddy did an excellent job helping me find a reliable car after mine finally quit. I had my Nissan for 14 years (lol) so it was time for me to get into a newer vehicle. I was impressed by Teddy's professionalism and guidance to make the car buying process a little less painful. He was fair and told me realistically about the car I was looking at. I look forward to saying hello when I stop in for an oil change.
