This is my second time buying a vehicle here! The customer service is exceptional. Luis V was my sales guy, he did a fantastic job :) I've never had anything bad to say about Courtesy until now. So while Luis and I waited for detail crew to finish "cleaning " which took about an hour. Pissed was an understatement when I got the truck and realized it wasn't clean. There was dust and dirt in window ledges. Smh. This was my first electric so it should have been charged. It was given to me on 12%. Yall need to do better seriousl... read more

Scheduling was easy, the service provided was excellent. It was my first service since buying my vehicle. I made an appointment for an oil change and thought that with an appointment it would be a quick turn around. I waited 2 hours for it to be completed. I was surprised by that. I've never had to wait that long for a scheduled service before. But I'm new to Nissan. Maybe that's typical.
