The service I received from Courtesy Nissan was exceptional. The service technician Akanimoh was very friendly and professional. He keep me informed while my vehicle was being serviced and worked with my extended warranty for parts covered by warranty. Great service. Thank you.

No major issue. Service Advisor Michael Johnson was professional, friendly, courteous, fully knowledgeable, and knows his cars. My issue with the dealership is charging credit card usage fees which is very unfair to the customer. That is ridiculous, after charging shop supplies fees. It is unacceptable!!! I think I should get refunded the credit card fees.

I was provided a price for an oil change for 29. 00 but I sent my son to pick up my car and was charged 59.00. I’m not happy about that.
