Love my Nissan Leaf and Courtesy Nissan I have enjoyed a very good relationship with Courtesy Nissan for many years. I have leased my last three electric cars there. This time, I was ready to purchase an electric car. The process is straight forward and pretty easy. Their service center is very responsive to my schedule. I love ❤ my Nissan Leaf. Courtesy since 1985 I have consistently had good experiences with Courtesy, particularly recently with my 370Z. Their service personnel have remembered me, been professional, and have kept me updated on current work being completed on the car, as well as recommended work for the future. I ran into some difficulties with the dealership that I bought the car from, and Courtesy definitely helped solve the problems.

Good costumer service. The service representative Teresia handle my service professional. Always communicate the issue and the work required on my car. Fast service easy process of the bill transactions.
Oil change I was promised a free car wash after the service but it didn’t happen. My car was really duty when I picked up. I checked about the shuttle service before i went to the the dealership because i needed to be home for a class. I got there to find out the shuttle service was not longer available
