I would normally give this dealership 5 stars, but this time, something was working right. I waited longer than I have ever had to wait to see a service advisor. (I had an appointment.) I was told by 3 different people that he would be with me shortly. After 16 minutes, I had to go get someone to help me., I was the only car in the bay and those inside could clearly see me. Robert was very helpful and friendly since I arrived more than 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment. The wait was short for oil change and tire rotation.
Great experience from the marketing emails and correspondence to the service advisor (Joe) who was very friendly. Oil change was completed in the time interval shared when dropped off. Suggested services were in line with my expectations, so I felt that the technician was through and honest.
Scott was very helpful, been here a few times and he always ddoes a terrific job!
