New Vehicle Damien the sales man was great and so were the rest of the staff. Easy to do business with from the time I sent an inquiry online to leaving within a few hours with a brand new vehicle.

Great place I've been going to Courtesy for 5 years, never had a problem, excellent customer service, and very professional. If I make an appointment with a service advisor, they keep me informed on what is going on with my vehicle and I'm in and out with no problems!

people are different customer service is the same Why are people different , customer service is the same? Mr Jerez told some things that is not true. I asked the manager. He started ignore me . It's sad. I like my car but don't like the customer service

Good price on oil change Got a semi-synthetic oil change on my Infiniti QX60 for less than half as much as Infiniti dealer charges. Nice waiting area and friendly service advisor.

I highly recommend Nissan Richardson, I really like everything about Nissan Richardson, they have excellent customer service.. my service attendant is awesome Mr. Robert Temple. I recommend this place for a new car and service .
