We had a great experience at Courtesy Nissan. Our salesman, Jim Dillman, was a pleasure to work with. We had been to several other dealerships and were pretty frustrated. Everything at Courtesy went smoothly!

Customer for the past 31 years. Service has been consistently honest and done right. You need to clean up your customer waiting area. Get the television working, have working free beverage service and donuts/rolls for the early customers. Don't ruin a great customer experience with the current shabby waiting area. Joe Adams is doing a great job! Very customer oriented. Very thorough with his explanation of the service performed. Treats you like family!!

Arrived at 8 and service complete by nine thirty. Had state inspection and oil change completed. I was kept informed on the progress via text, email and service manager AK. Large waiting area with view to srvice area. Checkout was easy and AK walked me to my car I was also informed of services I should consider having to keep me car in good running condition
