I presented a $1 coupon for Texas State vehicle inspection to my SA Joe. He told me I would have to make another purchase at the regular price to use the coupon. I showed him that there's no restrictions spelled out in the email coupon and I had called a Courtesy agent on the phone prior to arriving to the dealership to confirm that there were no such restrictions. I'm completely not unimpressed. Will not go back for purchase or service if I can avoid it. Sale - finance person added a warranty I didn't want or request and when I went to talk to him about it he was very rude, one of the sales managers had to help me to keep me from leaving the car there and walking away. Service was ridiculous. Car had less than 3k miles but brought it in for an oil change, with coupon for 39.95 though final invoice was $48 and I really can't figure out why. Was never notified about what was wrong with vehicle untill I reached out. Had diagnostic report for 2 hours on portal before I reached out. Never even spoke to her about what diagnostic reports meant. When attempted to call to speak to her, she had already left for day. Never gave any notice that she would be leaving.
Schedule a routine oil change/tire rotation and when I arrived the service drive was empty. Took several minutes for an advisor to come out and great me. Once greeted and checked in with Shelton, he mentioned that the service department was a little behind and it would possibly be 2 hours. After 3 HOURS I checked in with Shelton and and he assured me they had a tech on it and would be done shortly. DO NOT APPRECIATE ADDON CHARGE FOR USING CREDIT CARD! WHO IN THIS DAY USES CASH OR CHECK? ALSO, WHO CARRIES HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS IN CASH AROUND? Very low trade value. Have a brand new 2024 Buick Envision Avenir with less than 100 miles on it. They offered 34k for it. When I said that was unacceptable, a sales manager came over and tried to explain why. He told me that he had found a brand new red one that was listed for 40k. This cars MSRP is 48.5k.
