Went for my regular service and the dealer tried to sell me over $2,000 of service that I knew for sure I didn’t need. For example, Nissan recommends changing your air cabin filter every 15,000-30,000 miles. They changed mine 5,000 miles ago and still recommended it be changed again. Plus 3 other repairs. No impressed. Killed my trust in them.

I strongly resent being told/forced to write a certain number of words. If you’re trying to antagonize your customers, it’s working.

The current staff was extremely nice and helpful. From both Service Managers, the Service Advisor to the mechanic explaining some things to me. The problems are that what I paid for was not the issue that brought me in, and that none of them know the lies I was told nor the actual repairs that were charged on prior visits with previous staff. The known defective transmission etc has been worked on and billed to me instead of Nissan paying, repeatedly for so long and so many times without a full repair, that I am just now bei... read more

You don’t offer your own texts. There is lying and cheating with the customers
