I have never left a BBB review before, but cpap.com really is that good. They answer their phones. Every single person I spoke with was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and completely candid about what they thought my best options were and why. The staff I spoke with went out of their way to help me. Prices were very competitive and by 3p that day they processed my prescription, set the machine and overnighted it to me. Lane at CPAP.com was so incredibly helpful today. My machine (still under warranty) has a developed a known defect, and normally it takes 4-6 weeks for them to work with the manufacturer to diagnose the issue and send a repaired/replaced machine back to the customer. No loaner program exists anymore, so i would have had to go without a CPAP during that time. Needless to say, that isn’t possible for me.
