This is my first time having to call and speak to someone about my order. They are currently running a beta site and I ran into an issue. Erica was amazing and helped get everything figured out. Their ordering system needs to he updated. I ordered some supplies and received them but the items were still listed in my cart so I had to call customer service to place the new order. Their online system runs very slow which is frustrating.
