when you find out you have sleep apnea your world changes it both becomes clearer and also a bit scarier becauseyou never knew that when you slept you were in danger of never waking up. so you seek solutions and thinking that you need to be attached to this machineto live while you sleep is as intrusive as well having to wear a mask whereveryou are going to keep others safe. I was in need of a portable travel cpap machine and had no idea actually what to look for. The sales person answered the questions I had and was very knowable on the products. Today I made a call to cpap.com customer service to exchange or return the nasal pillow mask that I purchased, due to working with my sleep habits (open mouth). I was very happy with the cpap.com customer service representative, Heath, who was awesome to work with. He walked me through the process of ordering a different new mask (full mask) that would work for me and he stayed with me on the phone during the entire transaction, to make sure it all went through correctly.
