Their customer service team was always helpful and responsive, whether over email or telephone. They helped me navigate an issue with my doctor's office and a required prescription. Then they also easily processed a refund request for some tubing and sent me the replacements while waiving a few fees associated with the process. The best thing I can say about them is that I had no trepidation at all about working with their customer service, no matter the issue. They were helpful, communicative, and responsive.
