I needed to replace my current CPAP nasal mask and head band, but my local (previous supplier) did not have the item I needed. The customer service representative told me to contact CPAP.com because they have a vast array of CPAP supplies. I went to the website indicated above and found the item I wanted, but had some questions about the need for a new doctor's prescription before I could buy the item I needed. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! My prescription needed to be updated and I have a new physician. They did all of the work to get a new prescription.

The live chat rep Dasha was very helpful and knowledgeable. It is nice to talk to a real person. My feedback to the company would be to have the transcript automatically send in an email to the customer. Many sites do that and it is very helpful when you want to return to the information later. Seems odd that the company doesn't already do that. Otherwise, her help was great.

I had help from Haly and Dasha today about changing from Nasal Pillow Mask to Full Face Mask. Both assisted me very well. Haly gave me good choices, and Dasha helped with sizing and recommendations for mask pads. Both were very knowledgeable. Pricing is good on this site, so much better than going to a medical supply store. Most affordable place for my supplies.
