What an awesome company. Great service. Went out of their way to find me a better discount and even called me after ordering two suggest one. Always understands the needs. Quick shipping. Great and understanding people (esp. Erica). Have used them for three different orders and will continue to use them.

A few weeks ago I sent a complaint about the AirMini Travel CPAP and was frustrated that when I informed them of the problem I had, they didn't acknowledge the problem and dismissed my concern by telling me I couldn't return the machine because it was over 30 days. My frustration grew over spending money on a machine I couldn't use, so yesterday I sent another email to complain about not being heard. Fantastic experience with sales person-her name is Layne. She knows so much about all the products and OSA. She is friendly and explained anything a would be buyer had to know to make to buying the CPAP machine, masks and accessories. 30- day trial to try out a CPAP machine is awesome too. I purchased RespMed AirMini and will know in next 30 days to see if it meets or exceeds my expectations from Good night sleep with a CPAP machine. Thanks CPAP and Layne.

I went to CPAP.com and used the Chat feature to chat with La Toya, then I called CPAP.com and spoke to Heath. Both people were very helpful and they helped me select the proper equipment and helped me submit my prescription. They offered me a great price and free shipping on top of that! I plan on doing all of my CPAP shopping at CPAP.com.
