orered my new cpap machine today. korinne was very efficient . very gratifing expericience.
Since acquiring my cpap machine from cpap.com, I've placed three customer service calls for parts and information. Every single time the representative on the phone has been incredible. There is nothing you could ask about your equipment that they aren't thoroughly knowledgeable about. On today's call, Korinne was beyond wonderful and I left the call with even more information than what I had originally called for. That info turned out to be extremely important.
I had a great experience with my CPAP representative today. She was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful!
Mailed my CPAP quickly and it was the most affordable I could find for a new machine. No bull, quick and easy.
Talked to a professional and helpful staff and made the ordering via phone so easy. She answered all my questions and gave her professional suggestions and options.
The two receptionists I spoke with today were courteous quick and efficient.
