I bought the Z-2 mini travel machine. I needed to set it up before traveling. I called CPAP.com directly. A representative answered my request and walked me step by step for the set up. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and willing to help. Great service and Great experience.
This evening Steven help me order a travel CPAP and accessories. I had a number of questions he answered that helped my understand the difference between my regular CPAP and the travel unit. He helped me place my order for exactly what I needed!

There was a problem with my order...an item was backordered and the remainder of my order would be delayed as a result. The representative I spoke with was very helpful. She canceled the backordered item and refunded the cost to me, then put the rest of the order through for shipping. I got a shipping confirmation shortly after that, and I should have it tomorrow (even sooner than expected). I was very pleased with my experience purchasing a new machine and supplies from CPAP.com. Korinne went the extra mile to help me through some issues with my Rx, and got everything sorted out and my order placed with minimal effort on my part. Oh yeah, the cost was also half of what a local medical supply company was going to charge me.
